FAQs - What if they are not home?

Re-delivery charges- a $20 re-delivery fee will be charged to the sender if the delivery courier cannot access the delivery address (eg gated communities, secure apartments complexes) or if the incorrect address has been supplied.

FAQs - Why do you need MY contact details?

Contact Details Required - You are required to supply the contact phone number for all deliveries to apartments, gated communities and holiday accomodation.We only use this contact number in case of emergencies where we cannot access the building to safely leave items.If we are unable to access entry, or if site managers and building managers will not accept deliveries for residents, you will be contacted directly as a re-delivery will need to occur and an additional re-delivery fee will be charged.
